Main Street, High Point, NC. The reception takes place on the opening day of Fall Market in High Point, which runs October 17–21.Designers, showroom partners, and industry guests are invited to an intimate gathering with Asheville, NC-based fiber artist Amy Reader and abstract impressionist artist Sally Lordeon, centered around their exquisite pieces featured throughout the Lancaster showroom.
Amy Reader works primarily with wool, yarn, felt, and thread to explore tiny moments of joy found in the natural world, translated through her vivid sensory experience as an autistic artist. Sally Lordeon uniquely blends contemporary and impressionist painting styles by combining expressive brush strokes with the subtlety of veiled forms, and juxtaposes heavy texture with soft, blended colors.
